DIGITAL PRODUCTS
These terms govern the sale of maps, environments, files and other digital content designed for FiveM. Essential features, known compatibility, dependencies and prices are stated on each product page. Customers must check that their technical environment supports the product before ordering.
PRICES, ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The price displayed when an order is placed applies to that order and includes taxes where required by law. An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed. Customers must provide accurate information and be authorised to use their selected payment method. Fraud or attempted fraud may result in cancellation.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Products are provided through a download, online access or instructions sent after payment confirmation. Delivery is normally immediate, subject to payment checks and technical incidents beyond the store's control. Customers are responsible for keeping a backup of downloaded files.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right may be lost once performance begins before the end of the period, but only after the customer's express prior consent and acknowledgement. A purchase grants a personal-use licence or a licence limited to the server identified in the offer. COMPLIANCE, SUPPORT AND REFUNDS
If a file is inaccessible, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact support with the order number and useful diagnostic information. A fix, renewed access or another remedy available under applicable law may be offered. These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
